Cheep! Cheep!

The baby chicks arrived in the mail last Friday. Nate took the boys to Spring Green to see the chicks. Jacob and Evan had a blast trying to catch them and chase them around the barn.

Little do they know that come August we will all gather again to butcher the fat, full grown chickens.






Every year Anita (Nate's grandma) orders
baby chicks and takes care of them until
they are ready for eating!!
If you don't help..... No Chicken For You!!


And even I have to admit that they are
very tasty right off the grill.
