Here are the latest tees I made for the boys. Well, mostly Jacob. The kid outgrows things so fast these days. This is a fun and inexpensive way to fill up his closet. Evan will probably fit into them by the end of the summer anyway.

Clifford
Clifford made an appearance at American Family on Wednesday. It gave the boys and I and excuse to meet Nate for lunch.
The next picture is from this past weekend when we worked outside all day. The boys were hungry so we set up a table in the garage. White trash all the way!

Freezer Paper Stencils
My recent project has been to attempt freezer paper stenciling. Turns out it is fun and easy! It is a nice way to turn a $3 tee into something my boys will want to wear. Below are my first three. I also used some embellishment floss (remember friendship bracelets?) to add some more umph! Oh, and the robot has button eyes.

Birthday Cake
Evan's birthday cake was McQueen of course.
The reaction Evan gave me when I showed him his cake was the very reason I made the cake.

Happy Birthday Evan!
On Saturday the 10th, Evan will turn three. We call Evan our 'laid back lover'. Well, that's how his two's were anyway. We have noticed a little bit of a stubborn side coming through as we near his third birthday. He has a few solid interests that have stuck over the past year.... Cars (as in Ka chow!), trucks and Jacob. Evan calls Jacob 'my Jacoby'. Cute, for now anyway. Enjoy some pictures of our little man over the past year.

Easter weekend
The Easter Bunny brought the boys bikes! They were so happy to get them.
We went out to Spring Green for Easter weekend. The boys had a blast. They got their Gator fix in and they had a PEEP party and hunted for Easter eggs. Mom and Dad even got a chance to go out but we paid dearly Easter morning. A very fun weekend! (Sorry, I wasn't too good about taking pictures.... remember how I said Nate and I went out the night before.)
Jacob usually runs to get these headphones and will then go mow the lawn (which he did) but this time Evan took a liking to them as well. He was in a trance once he turned on some music and put them on.
I had found this John Deer tee for Jacob and knew he would love it because grandpa Tom has a John Deer Gator. Well you can imagine his excitement to get a matching hat! He's just missing a piece of straw in the corner of his mouth.

Happy Easter!
Here are some pics of our Easter eggs this year. We tried some different things, some worked and some didn't but we had fun.
My other project this year was to make a fun Easter dessert to bring to our Easter get-together. I saw these fun cake pops and decided to give it a try. They turned out pretty cute. I painted a pot I found white and put in some fake grass. After making the cake pops I put them in the pot to resemble easter egg / tulip flowers. Cute! (and yummy!)
Happy Easter Everyone!
